How do I schedule an appointment?

Call us at (425) 591-9850. If we don't answer, we are most likely attending to another customer and will return your call as soon as possible.

Online contact form - fill out your name and contact info, and a description in the Comments section regarding the services you're inquiring about. The online contact form can be found on the Contact page.

Book online shows you all the days and times that are available. Simply click a day and time, tell us what you want done and hit Submit! It's that easy. You can also choose the Weekly, Twice a Month, or Monthly options. Go to Book Online to schedule an appointment online.

What is the difference between Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move In/Move Out, and Pressure Washing?

Standard Cleaning is our most requested service. We’ll clean your home or office, with every attention to detail, leaving it clean and fresh. We use professional equipment and cleaners, and will leave your space clean and organized.

Deep cleaning is the initial clean of your home or office in preparation for subsequent cleanings. Deep cleaning is required for homes or offices that have not been professionally cleaned for several weeks or months. This requires an initial consultation on-site at your home or office in order to provide an accurate estimate of hours and cost based on the condition, square footage, and work required. Deep Cleaning includes interior window cleaning, sills, blinds and baseboards.

Move In/Move Out cleanings are designed to prepare a home or office for a new tenant. This is a deeper cleaning that includes inside kitchen cabinets, inside oven and fridge, interior windows and sills, blinds and baseboards.

Pressure Washing / Power Washing is a high-pressure mechanical sprayer used to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from surfaces and objects such as buildings, roofs, concrete surfaces, patio furniture, fences, etc.

Can pressure washing damage my roof, break my windows, strip the paint off my house or cause any other damage to my home?

We never use high pressure to clean houses. The advanced technology of pressure washers will not harm your windows, siding, paint, or roof. We use all the proper techniques and cleaners to remove mold, mildew, green algae, dirt and other debris.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we provide all the professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed for cleaning or pressure washing. If you would like us to use your own cleaning products, please let us know prior to the appointment.

How much does it cost?

Home and office: The cost depends on a number of factors, such as the size of your home or office and the type of service you choose (one-time cleaning, twice per month, monthly, move-in/move-out, etc). At the initial free consultation, a professional Three-Sixty representative will perform a walk-through of your home or office to evaluate the work that will be required in each area. At the end of the walk-through, you will be provided a written estimate outlining the cost of each service type (deep cleaning, one-time cleaning, monthly, etc.) The walk-through and estimate takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

Pressure washing: The cost depends on square footage, the condition of the area, and the location (roof, patio, etc). An initial free consultation will be performed at the site where you will be provided a written estimate outlining the number of hours and cost.

How long does the cleaning take?

Unless we perform an on-site initial walk-through and consultation, we are only able to provide approximate times frames for jobs sight unseen. Some projects could take more or less time once we are on-site to evaluate how much work is actually required. This is why we strongly recommend an on-site initial free consultation rather than provide a quote over the phone.

Homes and office: 1 to 1.5 hours per bedroom, 1 to 1.5 hours per full bath, and 30 minutes for half bath. These are average times based on normal conditions, however the time frames may change based on the actual condition of the area, for example hoarder situations, extremely large homes, excessive pet soil, and other factors.

Pressure Washing: The time varies depending on square footage, and whether it's a roof or patio, and the amount and type of soil, etc.

Do I need to be home while the cleaners are there?

It’s entirely up to you! If you plan to be away, you can leave the keys hidden under the mat, in the mailbox, etc., or at the front desk of your office building. Many of our regular clients give us a spare key. If you have an alarm system, we will also need the key or security code.

Do you have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy?

Yes, our promise to you is that if you're not 100% satisfied with the service provided, then we will make it right by returning to your home within 24 hours to fix the problem. We always strive to meet and exceed expectations.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the work we performed, please let us know and we will re-clean the area. If you’re still not happy with the re-clean, we will offer a refund.

What are my payment options?

Check or Money Order: For one-time cleanings, we will mail you an invoice as soon as our services are completed. If you have regular ongoing weekly, twice-a-month, or monthly services with us, then we will mail an invoice at the end of each month.

Cash: Cash may be paid in person, in which we will give you a receipt. Please do not send cash in the mail.
